I have set out a table to introduce my administration charges per medical report which are all inclusive of preparing a draft report and invoice for your approval, the overall report, posting and packaging. The final report will also be returned to you in a presentable folder ready for your signature by recorded delivery if required. My charges are also inclusive of Employment Tax and National Insurance contributions as I am registered as self employed and can make the necessary arrangements for this.
